NamezAI security overview
Keeping NamezAI secure is ongoing work. This page explains the main protections without claiming certifications we do not have.
Your account
- Sign in with Google or a one-time email link. No NamezAI password is stored.
- Private pages are limited to the signed-in account owner.
- Your account pages, billing, reports, and PDF downloads are checked before they open.
Payments
- Stripe handles checkout, card information, and payment methods. Your card number does not pass through NamezAI servers.
- Paid access starts only after Stripe confirms the subscription.
- A checkout return page or discount code alone cannot turn on paid access.
Other protections
- We limit repeated requests, keep private reports out of search results, and prevent other sites from placing private pages inside theirs.
- When NamezAI checks a public website, it blocks connections to private computer networks and other unsafe locations.
- Information shown on pages and in emails is safely handled before display.
Technical details
NamezAI uses secure production cookies, owner-scoped private routes, signed and safely repeatable Stripe webhook processing, same-origin checks, request-size and rate limits, no-framing headers, output escaping, private-page noindex controls, and Node built-ins with no production npm dependencies.
Report a concern
Email hello@namezai.com with what happened and why it matters. Do not send passwords, card numbers, private reports, or personal information in your first message.
NamezAI does not currently claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS certification, penetration-test certification, or a formal bug bounty.
