How NamezAI handles data

This is a simple product summary. The Privacy Policy is the full legal description of how NamezAI handles data.

What you can enter

A business check can include the business name, type, website, city, state, services, and optional public contact details. If you request delivery or create an account, we may also keep your email and sign-in information. Please do not enter patient records, card details, passwords, or other sensitive personal information.

Why we use it

• Run and send the report you requested.
• Save past results and tracked businesses for subscribers.
• Run accounts, billing status, ongoing tracking, safety checks, security, and support.
• Improve NamezAI using totals that do not identify you, when appropriate.

Services we use

NamezAI uses trusted services for hosting, storage, AI checks, sign-in, email, and Stripe payments. Each service receives only the information needed for its job.

How long we keep it

Anonymous, sample, and free reports are generally kept for about 90 days. Subscriber history is kept while the account exists. You can request account deletion from Account and have a short period to undo it. Some records may be kept longer when needed for legal, billing, or security reasons.
